I live with a girl!
So I have 50 minutes of the working week left to go...what better way than to wind it down with a nice, gentle bit of bloggering.
I decided not to spend thirteen ungodly hours in Heathrow terminal 3, and instead I settled for a cheap and cheerful hotel not too far from the airport. It was fine for the one night, but any longer and I would've started to feel like I was staying in a crack den. Then again what should I really have expected for £35 in West(est) London???
What a nice guy I am. I surprised my girlfriend at Heathrow to help her with her bags. Not once have I been able to make her cry with my sweet, kind gestures and guess what? The bitch still didn't cry! However, I do feel as though I made a good impression on her 'folks' as they were so impressed by my turning up at Heathrow that they duly told Kristie. I may be getting in the good books!!!
The journey back went smoothly and my girl was duly impressed with the flat that I chose. She gets to grow plants and veggies galore on our over-sized balcony, though I'm still a bit unsure as to how much sun we'll get, but enough about plants.
I took my car to the Toyota dealership today, as the sidelights and the instrument panel lights are fucked. Who told me that Toyota's were reliable??? Though I've just literally received a call from them to say that it is now fixed, so I'll pick my car up tomorrow morning. That still means that I have a 45 minute walk back to the flat.
My girl and I might even sample the delights of the Leeds nightlife tonight. Then we've got Peaches on Monday night.
Sucking on my titties...
